Your satisfaction is very important. We provide an unconditional return policy on all items purchased from the website. After receiving the goods, if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return them in their original, unmarked condition within 7 days for a full refund of goods only (delivery charge not refunded). Once we receive the returned products we will issue your refund within 24 hours.

Colours
Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product are accurate. Colours can vary from images shown, due to different monitor resolutions.

Quality
The posters in this collection are hand selected and chosen for their distinctive design, colouring, condition and style. All of the posters are authentic first printed originals aside from the Cuban posters. The Cuban posters are clearly marked as reprints.

The Cuban posters are high quality, silk screened reproductions. These Cuban reprints are highly collectible as they were hand silk screened in limited numbers and are no longer in print. These reprints are closer to fine art prints than commercial prints, they feature a raised ink surface and rich punchy colours that are characteristic of the handmade screen print process. These reprints are becoming increasingly rare and sought after.

Security
This Big Cartel store uses PayPal for payments, who automatically encrypt your confidential information from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Delivery
We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia there is a flat cost of $10 per tube. Parcels are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. These parcels are sent with tracking references and require a signature on delivery. Every order is dispatched within 48hrs. Overseas delivery
Overseas deliveries are sent using International AirMail - these are normally delivered in 7 - 14 working days - customs permitting. These parcels are sent with tracking references and require a signature on delivery.

How are the posters shipped?
Every care is taken to ensure the poster reaches you in perfect condition. All art prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability.

Payment
All payments are made through Big Cartel, which integrates with PayPal. Using PayPal ensures your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
